Sellek has been practicing family law and child protection law for the last 10 years. He has conducted trials, applications, appeals, and has experience dealing with almost anything you can think of when it comes to family law and child protection.

Sellek started SRB Law because he is passionate about changing the way that family law was often practiced. He applies creative strategies to make his practice more flexible and accessible.

Sellek also has a family of his own, makes music, loves sports, and is constantly reading or writing something. Sellek is fluent in English and French.

Satinder (Deep) Singh Boparai is an accomplished family and criminal lawyer with over 9 years of experience, including 2 years in British Columbia.

He has successfully conducted trials, applications, and appeals, and has handled a variety of family law matters with diligence and care.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and conversational Urdu, Deep provides compassionate and effective support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of his legal practice, Deep enjoys traveling, listening to music, and reading meaningful books to enrich his perspective and inform his approach to law.

Deep is passionate about transforming family law practices, committed to making a significant impact on his clients, and conscious of guiding families through complex legal matters with competence and empathy.

Zhuoyuan is an articling student with a significant educational background.

He came to SRB law after completing a law degree at the University of Victoria, and a master’s degree in Earth Sciences. He has a background in lab research, and prepared technical reports as a research assistant at Dalhousie University.

Before joining SRB Law, Zhuoyuan worked as a law co-op student at the Ontario Securities Commission in the Market Regulation Branch, where he conducted legal analysis and research on Canadian and US securities law. Long story short, Zhuoyuan is detailed, meticulous, and a quick learner.

Zhuoyuan is fluent in English and a native mandarin speaker. He also has some conversational french.

Erick is the legal assistant at SRB Law. He obtained his law degree in the Philippines and worked as a legal professional for firms, courts, and government agencies.

Before joining SRB Law, Erick worked as a manager in LexisNexis in their Philippine office for 10 years. He believes that the future of the practice is a fusion of law and technology.

Erick spends his free time exploring the culinary landscape, learning about tech, and spending time with family. He loves long drives and to be in or surrounded by water.
